Jeff Salladin leads Leon CRE Finance, overseeing the origination, underwriting, capital placement, and growth of the platform. Jeff has over 20 years’ experience in the real estate space, including law practice, debt, equity, and financial advisory services for real estate professionals. Prior to joining Leon, Jeff led all real estate investment efforts – including origination, underwriting, and asset management – at Revere Capital. Jeff’s previous experience includes advising commercial real estate investors at 49 Financial, helping launch the real estate lending platform at Hudson Advisors (an affiliate of Lone Star Funds), and managing over $1.2B in real estate investments at iStar (NYSE: STAR).
Jeff began his career as an attorney in Southern California. In his spare time, he serves on the Board of Directors of Christian Community Credit Union, a national financial institution that supports the non-profit space.
Jeff earned his law degree from Rutgers University and his undergraduate degree from Azusa Pacific University.
